"Comfort Food" the Italian Way

Having grown up in an Italian family, "Italian comfort food" was always on the table at Madeleine Ahlquists' home.

The comfort food concept she and husband Robb Ahlquist came up with for VIA is the result of many trips to Italy, where they ate at countless restaurants and learned about Italian cooking from a true Italian cooking diva.

The menu is not "northern Italian." It's not "southern Italian." Italy is a diverse country with many different types of restaurants. With VIA, the Ahlquists are bringing the best of what they discovered throughout Italy to their customers.

Check the menu and you'll find Italian favorites, such as Chicken Parmesan, Italian Paella, Veal Piccata and swordfish Milanese – but you'll also find familiar favorites, including grilled pizzas, all made with ingredients imported fresh from Italy.
